Cyprus holiday villas and apartments to rent.
Here you will find not only holiday villas to rent in Cyprus, but also
holiday apartments and village houses.
We have developed the new, easier
to use (we hope) Cyprus villas due to the amount of requests we had for
advice, this has been very successful and has also thankfully pushed up
the quality of the villas due to the fact that we decided to only deal
with owners who were willing to abide by our terms, namely that you the
client does not actualy pay for the villa until you have seen it.
Just click on the banner and then the area you are interested in and view what's on
offer, or click on the place names below for villas and apartments in
that area. Press back in your browser

Villas in
Ayia Napa.
This also includes
the surrounding areas of Paralimni and Protaras, Fig Tree Bay and
Dherenia. The villas and apartments in this area are mostly modern as
traditionally not many people lived near the sea unless it as in the
main towns of Larnaca or Paphos. The night life in Ayia Napa is fast and
furious whilst the more sedate and upmarket nearby Protaras has a
similar night scene but also has better facilities for families.
|
|
Also the villas and apartments in the Paphos area are
mostly new or built within the last 40 years, many of them are up market
with pools and good facilities. Paphos is a bit of a British retirement
enclave and there are many up coming posh developments. There are 2 new golf
courses in the area and a lot to do and see for the active tourist.
|
Past Paphos on the west coast lie the once villages of
Polis and Latchi, where the once small fishing port is being upgraded to a
marina. This is the area where you will find lovely old villas or at least
modern villas in the traditional style as there seems to be more forethought
and conservation in the area than anywhere else on the island. Not a lot of
thudding night life, but just enough to interest the youngsters and in a
more ' hippy' style than elsewhere.

The town of Larnaca has a whole area, if not two dedicated
to tourism and yet it still retains its own character as a proper lived in
town. Very convenient to the main international airport on the island and
with a balanced mix of facilities for the young, families and the elderly,
it is a dryer part of the island but both Larnaca bay with Oroklini and Pyla
and the other side including Kiti, Pervolia and Mazotos, gives you a good
selection of villas and seaside apartments or the buz of the town itself
with its dedicated beach and restaurant area at Makenzie.
Extra's not there
|
Limassol is a long town, with half of it at least
dedicated to tourism on the marina side. In recent years it has boomed into
a business centre and is now home to a lot of Russian visitors and is seen
as a more cosmopolitan resort with many 5 star hotels and luxury resorts.
Pissouri which is further down the coast is a much quieter enclave which
houses the delightful Pissouria Columbia Beach Hotel Resort, in a long
sweeping Bay of its own. There are 2 parts to Pissouri, the Pissouri at the
top of the hill with its many villas and the Pissouri in the bay with more
self catering apartments and flats. Quiet in the winter but in the summer it
is buzzing with activity and is a favourite haunt of the German tourist.
