It will be hard to find a yacht of this quality, as fully equipped and
maintained to such a high standard in this price range.

La Fitte 44's were built in Taiwan,supervised by American Engineers:
* The hull is one piece fibreglass laid up by hand 3/4" Airtex core
*The deck is one piece fibreglass cored with 3/4" kiln dried Burma select teak
*The interior is finished throughout in Burmese varnished teak, which the owners have maintained
in newly varnished condition.

  Kelly-Marie sleeps eight in three doubles and two singles with 6'6" headroom throughout.
  The forward cabin is a double with head/shower en-suite and two hanging closets.
  The main salon is roomy with convertible double settee berth to port, centreline drop leaf table and single berth settee to starboard. There are ample cupboards and bookcases,done in decorative teak lattice.

  A large U-shaped galley to port contains SS double sink,two large top loading refrigeration boxes, Mariner SS stove/oven, ample counter space and many cupboards in decorative teak lattice.

   A comfortable Nav station is opposite, to starboard.
The main cabin companionway steps are in the centre leading to the mid deck.
   A second large head/shower is to starboard with access to a large aft cabin. Which has a double berth to port , a single berth to starboard and two hanging closets . In the centre is the second companionway steps leading to the cockpit.
   It is a roomy cockpit with a large folding table, a large lazarette and three large seating benches.

Profurl P52 Roller furling.  Norseman terminals on all rigging wires,( spare cones and terminals).

Four Anchors: 65 pound CQR with 275 feet of 10mm galvanised chain, 35 pound Bruce with chain and 250 feet of  New England rope (brand new), 21 pound Fortress in stern with chain and 150 feet of New England rope (brand new), and 50 pound fisherman.

150 Gallons (568 litres) fuel in 2  SS tanks and 120 gallons (455 litres) water in 3 SS tanks.

Sunbrella canvas cockpit awning and sail covers (1997). Covers and mosquito screens for virtually everything.
