This yacht brokers are called Topsail Marine (known in the U.K as
Cyprus Sailing) and have been well established on the Island since 1992. It was set up by
Mike Hillyar and Despo Kyriakou who formerly ran Neptune Boatyard Ltd based at Larnaca
Marina and were involved in the lifting - launching, repair and storage of yachts up to 40
tons.

They specialise in Yacht brokerage, Marine Consultancy, Crewed and
Bareboat Charter and the importation and sale of marine paint. The agency and stock for
Veneziani paints is included in the deal.
Also the freehold for the company offices which are situated in a prime location between
the port and the marina in Sea View Court at 6 Michail Nikolaidi. It is on the first floor
with 2 bedrooms and large balconies front and rear.

This business is now ripe for expansion due to the increasing number of Cypriots
now buying boats and foreign companies looking for representation in Cyprus. The planned
new marinas will also mean more foreign yachties selling their boats from Cyprus.
The paint side is very profitable considering the amount of work involved. The company
has four sub-agents, two in Limassol and one each in Larnaca and Paphos who take care of
all retail sales.

The other two divisions of the company are small, but could easily be expanded if
somebody was that way inclined.
The company is for sale due to the retirement of the major shareholder (90%) for
personal reasons.
